If you subscribe to any paid plan (Starter, Pro, or Agency) and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. To request a refund, email hello@2minshtml.com with your account email and reason for the request.
The 7-day guarantee applies only to your first subscription payment per plan. It does not apply to renewals or plan upgrades.

If 2minsHTML experiences a prolonged outage (more than 24 continuous hours) that prevents you from using the Service, you may be eligible for a pro-rated credit applied to your next billing cycle. We will proactively notify users of significant outages and compensation terms.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Timing may vary based on your bank or card issuer. We will send a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
The Free plan (5 conversions/month) is permanently free with no payment required. There is nothing to refund on the Free plan. We encourage you to evaluate 2minsHTML on the Free plan before subscribing.
