Storage Policy

This policy explains what files 2minsHTML stores, where they are stored, and for how long.
📁Stored Files
2minsHTML stores: (1) Source uploads — images, PDFs, PPTs in storage/uploads/{project_id}/. (2) Generated HTML, CSS, JS, and assets in storage/outputs/{project_id}/. (3) ZIP packages in storage/zips/ for download.
⚡Temporary Files
Temporary PNG files may be created during PDF/PPT rendering and are stored in the system temp directory. These are automatically cleaned up after conversion.
💾Backups
2minsHTML does not provide automatic backups of user files. Users are responsible for downloading and keeping local copies of their generated HTML outputs.
📏Storage Limits
Free plan: up to 50MB per upload, 40 files per project. Storage limits per account may be configured by the administrator. Contact support for enterprise storage requirements.
🗑️Deletion
You can delete any project from the dashboard. This permanently removes source uploads, outputs, and ZIPs for that project. Account deletion removes all associated files.
📍Storage Location
All files are stored on Hostinger servers in the EU/Asia region. Files do not leave the server except when downloaded by you or sent to the Anthropic API for processing.
