Getting Started
How do I start a conversion? Click "New Project" from your dashboard, choose your conversion type, upload your file, and click Convert. The AI will process your file and redirect you to the results page.
What file types are supported? PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF images; PDF documents; PPTX presentations; and email design mockups (any image format).
How large can my file be? Maximum 50MB per file. For best results, use files under 10MB.
Troubleshooting
Conversion stuck at 0%: Your OpenAI API key may be missing or invalid. Go to Settings and verify your API key has available quota.
Stuck at "Processing" for more than 5 minutes: The conversion likely timed out. Go back to the project page and click "Retry Failed Jobs."
Empty or broken HTML output: This can happen if the AI model is overloaded. Wait a few minutes and retry. If it persists, try a different file format.
Can't log in: Clear browser cookies and try again. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link.
Email HTML not rendering in Outlook: Ensure you selected "Email → HTML" as the conversion type. Standard HTML output is not optimized for email clients.
Account & Billing
How do I upgrade my plan? Go to Settings → Plan & Billing and select your desired plan.
Can I cancel anytime? Yes. Cancel from Settings → Plan & Billing. Your plan remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
My conversion count is wrong: Conversions are counted per file, not per project. A project with 3 files uses 3 conversions.
