We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You may use 2minsHTML only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
You retain all rights to your uploaded design files. You retain all rights to the HTML/CSS output generated from your files. 2minsHTML does not claim any ownership over your designs or generated code.
The 2minsHTML platform, brand, AI prompts, system architecture, and underlying software are owned by 2minsHTML and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the platform itself.
Paid plans (Starter ₹199/mo, Pro ₹399/mo, Agency ₹599/mo) are billed monthly. Annual subscriptions receive a 20% discount. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes.
We use Razorpay for payment processing. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
2minsHTML is powered by AI and may not always produce perfect output. We do not guarantee: (a) 100% visual accuracy for all designs; (b) uninterrupted service availability; (c) specific response times for conversions. AI output should be reviewed by a qualified developer before production use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2minsHTML shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. We encourage resolution through good-faith negotiation before legal action.
